Monthly round-up #2

Hey Unicorns,

Black History month has ended, the best so far in my opinion( i mean common Black panther). Its time for February round up were i share the books i read and i HIGHLY recommend them, if you have read any of then please feel free to discuss below and as always recommendations are welcome.

  1. UP IN SMOKE(king #8) by T.M Fraizer

This is part of a series which i am mind, body and soul invested in. This story is about Smoke a lethal assassin who is out for revenge, like all Mrs Fraizer books this doesn’t disappoint.

2. LETS TALK ABOUT LOVE by Claire Kann

If you are up for an absolute mushy story about a different kind of love, then this is for you. The story follows Alice who is bisexual and also asexual, she finds her self crushing hard on the gorgeous Takumi. And down the rabbit whole of feelings she  goes.

The cover is one of my all time faves ,I mean the model is girl crush for ages.

3.  BINGO LOVE by Tee Franklin

A bittersweet graphic novel love story about two grandma’s separated at a young age and then finding love again later. Get your tissues out for this one.

4. SAVAGE: THE AWAKENING OF LIZZIE DANTON by L.A Fiore.

Scotland, Assassin, Artist. You will love all three i promise.

La fiore

5. THE BAD BEGINNING by Lemony Snicket.

I have finally started this series, its been on my childhood tbh list forever.

6. JACK THE AMERICAN GHOST by Jihye Han (on Tapas)

This is a webcomic on Tapas, you will need coins to unlock the whole story but i promise its worth it. The story is about Go-Eun the female protagonist who is trying to save her ghost house at the amusement park, she goes to America to participate in a Survival game in a Ghost house where she meets the Ghost of a dead musician Jack.

7. THE GATES OF GOLORATH by R.M. Garino

A unique telling of Angels and Demons. I recommend this for lovers of the Sci-fi/ fantasy genre, its gripping from the first page and book two would be out soon. Its got the right action for you.

8. MY LESBIAN EXPERIENCE WITH LONELINESS by Kabi Nagata

An autobiography manga portraying the mangaka’s  effort to describe how depression and anxiety feel like.

These are the books i recommend, if there are others you think i should read, please recommend them down in the comment.

Health tip of the month: Go outside for a walk bookworms, i know its scary but its good for you.

Have a Rainbow filled day

Booked Unicorn.
